Registration for Summer 2026 Youth Programs, including Summer Eagle Zone and EPIC camps and classes are open now! 

Dates: 

A one-time registration fee is charged on the following scale:

• February 23–March 23: Fee waived

• March 23–August 13: $50/child non-refundable fee

To help prepare, we encourage families to log into your childcare account ahead of time and ensure their information is up to date prior to registration. Please note that some programs may fill quickly, and early registration is highly encouraged. We look forward to another fun and engaging summer with you!

2026-2027 School Year

The 2026-2027 School Year Eagle Zone Childcare will open for registration on Monday, March 23rd at 8:00am! 

What is new for the 26-27 School Year? 

Morning Care: All before care at Cedar Ridge and Forest Hills is hosted at Oak Point/Eagle Heights Elementary. This requires drop off at Oak Point/Eagle Heights before 7:15am each day and students will be bused to their home school at the start of school time.

• Morning care for Prairie View, Eden Lake, Oak Point & Eagle Heights, will be hosted at site. 
• New! - Morning care requires a Monday–Friday schedule selection. Individual day registrations will not be accepted. “Pick-your-day” scheduling is available for afternoon programming only.

One-time registration fee for the 2026-27 school year:

• March 23rd-April 23rd, 2026: Fee waived
• March 24th - June 9th, 2026: $75/student non-refundable fee
• After June 9th, 2026: $100/student non-refundable fee

• After June 10th, 2025 registration is $100/child non-refundable fee

Before & After School Rates:

Before School Care:

• Cedar Ridge and Forest Hills: $13.00/session (drop-in rate: $18.00)
• Eden Lake and Prairie View: $14.00/session (drop-in rate: $19.00)
• Oak Point and Eagle Heights: $12.50/session (drop-in rate: $17.50)

After School Care:

• Cedar Ridge and Forest Hills: $20.00/session (drop-in rate: $25.00)
• Eden Lake and Prairie View: $19.00/session (drop-in rate: $24.00)
• Oak Point and Eagle Heights: $20.50/session (drop-in rate: $25.50)
