At Eden Prairie Schools, we believe that you are never done learning. That’s why our Community Education program offers hundreds of classes on topics from cooking to yoga. General topics include computer courses, dance, financial planning, fitness, hobbies, DIY home projects, music, language, personal growth, cooking, plus periodic seminars on parenting topics and more.

Program Hours: 7:00 – 9:15 a.m. Location: Central Middle School Non-Refundable One-Time Registration Fee at time of contract acceptance: $50 registration fee per student The rates for the 2025-2026 school year are as follows: $18/day $23/day for "drop-in" days CMS Mornings is offered before school from 7:00am - 9:15 am. It is a program designed to provide a structured environment for students prior to the school day at Central Middle School. The program provided a designated space for students who are looking for quiet time or spend supervised time in the gym and outside for students who are interested in exercising or playing active games with friends. CMS Mornings is only offered on days school is in session. Plan your EPIC Summer with this planning guide! EPIC Enrichment Cancellation Policy: Please note that all requests for course modifications or cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by EPIC via email at EPIC@edenpr.org at least 7 calendar days before the start date of the class in order to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests made within the 7-day notice period will NOT be eligible for a refund. Additionally, cancellations requested after the class has begun will NOT be refunded under any circumstances. A $10 processing fee will be applied to any EPIC enrichment class cancellation request. If EPIC cancels a class... Weather Related Cancellations: All EPIC classes are held in school buildings. If the school district closes due to inclement weather, all school-related events, including EPIC classes, will also be canceled. If we cancel an EPIC class due to weather, you will receive a refund for the missed day, or we will attempt to reschedule the class. Cancellations Due to Low Enrollment: EPIC classes that do not meet the minimum enrollment requirements will be canceled 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date. If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, we will gladly assist you in finding an alternative class for your student, or we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

You are your child’s first and most important teacher! Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) classes help you be the best parent to your child. ECFE classes are designed for you and your child age birth to 5. ECFE is unique to Minnesota and is a program of Eden Prairie Schools Community Education. From school-year and seasonal classes to playtime and special events, ECFE programs do the following: - Support your child's healthy development through engaging activities - Help you discover effective parenting tips you can use immediately - Allow you to enjoy parent/child time including songs, activities, games, and lessons that will help your child thrive in every way - Give families a chance to step away from the rapid pace of today's world and ease the stresses families face. Do you have questions about tantrums, sibling relationships, bedtime routines, healthy eating, or developmental milestones? Schedule a confidential one-on-one consultation with an experienced parent educator who will connect with you by phone, email, or video conference. This consultation is free to all Eden Prairie families with children ages birth through 5 years old. Parents of a K-12 child may also request a consultation for a $35 per hour fee. Junior Eagle Zone Information Summer 2026 Is your student entering Kindergarten in fall of 2026 and you're looking for Summer childcare with Eagle Zone ? Check out more information here! 2026–27 School Year Junior Eagle Zone is a childcare program available to all Pre-K students enrolled in the Eden Prairie School District. Families must register at the same school where their child attends Pre-K preschool. Enrollment must match your child’s Pre-K schedule. For example, if your child is enrolled in a 4-day Pre-K class, you must register for the 4-day Junior Eagle Zone option. Likewise, students in a 5-day Pre-K class must register for the 5-day option. Please note that Junior Eagle Zone registration will only be accepted once your child’s Pre-K enrollment has been confirmed. Junior Eagle Zone is not available on non-school days when classes are not in session. Families wishing to make schedule changes must submit requests at least two weeks in advance. This ensures we have appropriate staffing in place to provide a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for all students. Little Eagles Preschool provides an innovative classroom where creativity and imagination soars! Our diverse classrooms help students discover a love for learning in an interactive, stimulating, and academically rich environment. Your child will be immersed in a stimulating learning environment filled with fun, challenging, and creative learning activities! There are many preschool options available to families in Eden Prairie, but our Little Eagles Preschool program is the only one that aligns curriculum with Eden Prairie Schools K-12 curriculum and the overall K-12 system. We work closely with Early Childhood Special Education and kindergarten teachers to foster a successful transition from preschool to kindergarten.
