CMS MorningsProgram Dates: September 2, 2025 - June 9, 2026 Program Hours: 7:00 – 9:15 a.m. Location: Central Middle School Non-Refundable One-Time Registration Fee at time of contract acceptance: $50 registration fee per student The rates for the 2025-2026 school year are as follows: $18/day $23/day for "drop-in" days CMS Mornings is offered before school from 7:00am - 9:15 am. It is a program designed to provide a structured environment for students prior to the school day at Central Middle School. The program provided a designated space for students who are looking for quiet time or spend supervised time in the gym and outside for students who are interested in exercising or playing active games with friends. CMS Mornings is only offered on days school is in session. Cedar Ridge: After SchoolEPIC after-school enrichment classes at Cedar Ridge Elementary offer students fun, hands-on learning opportunities beyond the school day. Classes are held on-site at Cedar Ridge and begin at 2:35 PM. All classes are led by qualified instructors, including community organizations, vendors, and specialists who partner with Eden Prairie Schools. These engaging programs give students the chance to explore new interests, build skills, and connect with peers in a safe and supportive environment. Please note: Some classes are taught by outside organizations (“vendors”) that are not affiliated with Eden Prairie Schools. By enrolling, families acknowledge that EPIC classes may be led by independent contractors. Important: Please notify your child’s classroom teacher if they are enrolled in an EPIC class so they know where to direct your student after school. EPIC Youth ProgramsEPIC Enrichment Cancellation Policy: Please note that all requests for course modifications or cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by EPIC via email at EPIC@edenpr.org at least 7 calendar days before the start date of the class in order to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests made within the 7-day notice period will NOT be eligible for a refund. Additionally, cancellations requested after the class has begun will NOT be refunded under any circumstances. A $10 processing fee will be applied to any EPIC enrichment class cancellation request. If EPIC cancels a class... Weather Related Cancellations: All EPIC classes are held in school buildings. If the school district closes due to inclement weather, all school-related events, including EPIC classes, will also be canceled. If we cancel an EPIC class due to weather, you will receive a refund for the missed day, or we will attempt to reschedule the class. Cancellations Due to Low Enrollment: EPIC classes that do not meet the minimum enrollment requirements will be canceled 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date. If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, we will gladly assist you in finding an alternative class for your student, or we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.Category -
Eagle Zone School Age Care2025–26 School Year (Current) What is new for 25-26 School Year? Morning Care Update: Due to low enrollment, morning care will not be offered at Forest Hills and Cedar Ridge for the 2025–2026 school year. Instead, families from Forest Hills and Cedar Ridge may utilize morning care at Oak Point/Eagle Heights Spanish Immersion. Drop-off is required by 7:15 AM, and students will be transported to their home schools using Eden Prairie school transportation. A consistent Monday-Friday schedule is required for all students attending morning care. This change does not impact afternoon care at either site. Please reach out with any questions regarding this! One time registration fees for the school year are: January 20th - February 20th registration fee waived February 20th - June 10th, 2025 registration is $75/child non-refundable fee After June 10th, 2025 registration is $100/child non-refundable fee Before & After School Rates: Before School Care: Cedar Ridge and Forest Hills: $13.00/session (drop-in rate: $18.00) Eden Lake and Prairie View: $14.00/session (drop-in rate: $19.00) Oak Point and Eagle Heights: $12.50/session (drop-in rate: $17.50) After School Care: Cedar Ridge and Forest Hills: $20.00/session (drop-in rate: $25.00) Eden Lake and Prairie View: $19.00/session (drop-in rate: $24.00) Oak Point and Eagle Heights: $20.50/session (drop-in rate: $25.50) Non-School Day Information Students enrolled at Oak Point, Eagle Heights Spanish Immersion, and Eden Lake will be hosted at Eden Lake. Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE)You are your child’s first and most important teacher! Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) classes help you be the best parent to your child. ECFE classes are designed for you and your child age birth to 5. ECFE is unique to Minnesota and is a program of Eden Prairie Schools Community Education. From school-year and seasonal classes to playtime and special events, ECFE programs do the following: - Support your child's healthy development through engaging activities - Help you discover effective parenting tips you can use immediately - Allow you to enjoy parent/child time including songs, activities, games, and lessons that will help your child thrive in every way - Give families a chance to step away from the rapid pace of today's world and ease the stresses families face. Do you have questions about tantrums, sibling relationships, bedtime routines, healthy eating, or developmental milestones? Schedule a confidential one-on-one consultation with an experienced parent educator who will connect with you by phone, email, or video conference.
