On the savory side, we’ll prepare Chicken Divan (tender chicken with broccoli in a rich cheese sauce) and mushroom crêpes with sherry sauce. For the sweet course, indulge in cheese blintzes with apricot sauce, orange crepe Suzette, and more for dessert. By the end of class, you’ll not only have plenty of practice but also the confidence to wow friends and family with elegant, do-ahead creations.
