Winter/Spring 2026 Adult
Come learn the sweet science of boxing, the ultimate chess match in martial arts. Whether you’re new or have experience in martial arts and are looking to learn how to fight, stay active, or use the other skills that will be learned and developed in class for your health, wellness, and overall function of your body, boxing can be a highly resourceful tool.
Not only will you learn how to strategically move and evade with your body through the art of self defense while developing a sense of accountability and confidence but you will also learn a greater sense of awareness of your body and surroundings, patience, focus, and resilience as you practice this highly physical and intellectually discipline.
*This class is held at WurkGym in Minnetonka with the coaches.
