Yoga Spa Retreat

Find your zen in this spa retreat camp. We will practice yoga postures, balance work, and flowing sequences, while learning and reviewing the benefits of yoga and exercise. In addition, we will have a daily pamper party with a nail salon day, glam hair styles, glitter make up, and a fun spa craft. Separate combs and make up brushes will be used for each student for these activities. Bring a water bottle and snack each day. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, or a beach towel.
