EPIC Art: Story Behind the Mask

Masks are powerful works of art that tell stories, express identity, and honor cultural traditions. In this hands-on class, students explore how cultures around the world use masks in storytelling, ceremony, and performance while learning about symbolism, color, and design. Inspired by these traditions, students will design and create their own original masks and share the story behind their artistic choices.
