Walker Art Center: Guided tour & Hands-On Art-Making

Students will spend the day exploring Walker Art Center through a guided, student-friendly tour and a hands-on art activity designed to spark curiosity and creativity. We’ll focus on noticing what stands out, sharing ideas, and making connections to the artists’ choices, then students will create their own piece inspired by what they explored. The day also includes time at the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden to experience large-scale outdoor art and grab some fun group photos followed by a picnic lunch!
