Elizabeth Flanagan co-founded WorkStrengths.com because she is passionate about helping individuals and companies leverage their talent to achieve their leadership potential, develop professional capabilities, and maximize effectiveness. Elizabeth holds an AB from Harvard University, cum laude, and an MBA from University of Virginia. In addition, she is a frequent speaker on the topic of Leadership Development and Gallup's CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder).
Marcus Lander has been building web applications since 1996 and has been a technical trainer since 1999. He has facilitated many software courses, programs and manuals over the years and his preferences tend to lean towards web application development and design.
