AI ChatGPT Certificate - Asynchronous Online

The Mastering ChatGPT and Conversational AI for the Workplace Certificate is a comprehensive three-course program designed to help students develop practical, in-demand skills using ChatGPT and other leading conversational AI tools, including Claude and Perplexity. Beginning with foundational concepts and effective prompting techniques, students learn how to use AI assistants confidently for research, writing, brainstorming, problem-solving, and productivity. The program then advances to professional and business applications, including strategic decision-making, content creation, data analysis, and industry-specific use cases. In the final course, students move beyond individual prompts to design repeatable AI-assisted systems and workflows that improve consistency, efficiency, and results across complex projects. -Intermediate ChatGPT (Oct. 5-30)
-Advanced ChatGPT (Nov. 2-27)
