Sports Club: Floor Hockey & Lacrosse
Join 360 Sports Club for an action-packed program featuring both Floor Hockey and Lacrosse! Athletes will spend the first 30 minutes of each session focusing on Brain/Body Connectivity, Speed, Agility, and Quickness mechanics. Following the athletic development, participants will engage in sport-specific skill development and small-sided gameplay tailored to the sport of their choice that day.
