    Using an Air Fryer to cook vegetables is quick—and the healthy results are delicious! In this live online class Kirsten will demonstrate a variety of recipes using in-season local and/or commonly available vegetables including Lemon Pepper Broccoli, Miso Sesame Kale Chips, and Roasted Sweet Potatoes. Participants will receive an extensive handout along with the link to join prior to class. There will be ample time for questions during the session, and participants will receive a link to the recording afterwards so you can cook along at your convenience. As this course will be taught virtually, you will need access to video and audio on a computer, tablet or smartphone with internet connection. Class will be held live using the online platform Zoom, which is free to use.

In this class, you’ll create hearty dishes like Wild Rice and Breast of Chicken Salad and Wild Rice with Fresh Mushrooms and Cashews. We’ll also explore a colorful vegetarian option: a quinoa salad with multicolored peppers. For something sweet and refreshing, enjoy a cantaloupe and strawberry salad with orange sauce, alongside a stunning raspberry-spinach salad topped with glazed pecans. To round out the evening, you’ll whip up three easy homemade dressings—Feta Cheese, Creamy Blue Cheese, and Orange Dressing—perfect for pairing with your favorite garden greens. By the end of class, you’ll be ready to welcome spring with fresh flavors to share with family and friends. **An ingredients fee of $15 is payable to the instructor at class. Please bring containers. Participants receive an active starter, printed guides, and learn to feed, maintain, and bake sourdough through demonstrations, simple techniques, and troubleshooting tips for confident home baking.
