EPIC Enrichment Cancellation Policy:

Please note that all requests for course modifications or cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by EPIC via email at EPIC@edenpr.org at least 7 calendar days before the start date of the class in order to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests made within the 7-day notice period will NOT be eligible for a refund. Additionally, cancellations requested after the class has begun will NOT be refunded under any circumstances. 

A $10 processing fee will be applied to any EPIC enrichment class cancellation request.

• If EPIC cancels a class...
  • Weather Related Cancellations: All EPIC classes are held in school buildings. If the school district closes due to inclement weather, all school-related events, including EPIC classes, will also be canceled. If we cancel an EPIC class due to weather, you will receive a refund for the missed day, or we will attempt to reschedule the class.
  • Cancellations Due to Low Enrollment: EPIC classes that do not meet the minimum enrollment requirements will be canceled 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date. If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, we will gladly assist you in finding an alternative class for your student, or we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
