Competitive Edge LacrosseWeek 8: August 3-6This lacrosse camp will provide a dynamic and intensive experience for young athletes. The program focuses on enhancing lacrosse skills within a fun, learning-focused environment. Participants will work with a professional speed and strength coach to develop elite athletic movement patterns. Experienced lacrosse coaches will cover essential techniques, including cradling, catching, passing, shooting, dodging, ground balls, and defensive strategies. Daily sessions will conclude with small-sided games (1v1, 2v2, 3v3) and then transition into 5v5 games. * Players must have at least 1 year of association or club experience to participate.Summer 2026 Youth -
Shooting and Competitive Edge BasketballWeek 9: August 10-13In addition to 3v3 and 5v5 games, the camp will also feature testing in dribbling, passing, shooting, and individual defensive drills, followed by small-sided games of 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 before 5v5 games daily. Players will be placed on equal teams based on their performance. The camp will emphasize shooting technique, footwork, and offensive moves, as well as individual defensive principles, including stance, on-ball defense, and help defense.Summer 2026 Youth -

Campers will learn fundamental skills, including stick work, catching, throwing, ground balls, and defensive techniques in a fun and supportive environment. This camp focuses on building confidence and a basic understanding of the game. Equipment Requirements: New players (sticks will be provided if you do not have one) Association/Club players must bring their own equipment (helmet, pads, stick)Summer 2026 Youth -
