Turn a food idea into a business concept! Students will design and refine a food product while learning the basics of branding, marketing, and customer choice. This creative, hands-on camp encourages teamwork, innovation, and entrepreneurial thinking—no prior cooking experience required.

Junior Vets 2.0 is an advanced course for students who have completed Junior Vets 1.0 and are ready to take their learning further. Students will dive deeper into animal care through realistic case scenarios, advanced veterinary tools, and hands-on problem-solving activities. The course explores animal behavior, ethics, and careers in animal health while building leadership, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills. This class is ideal for students who are passionate about animals and interested in careers that support animal health and welfare.Prerequisite: Completion of Junior Vets 1.0

Masks are powerful works of art that tell stories, express identity, and honor cultural traditions. In this hands-on class, students explore how cultures around the world use masks in storytelling, ceremony, and performance while learning about symbolism, color, and design. Inspired by these traditions, students will design and create their own original masks and share the story behind their artistic choices.

Raptor Rangers invites students to explore the incredible world of birds of prey, including eagles, hawks, owls, and falcons. Students will investigate how raptors fly, hunt, and survive, while learning about habitats, ecosystems, and conservation. The week culminates with a live visit from the Raptor Center and an eagle experience, celebrating Eden Prairie pride and environmental stewardship.

Ever wonder how a play comes to life? In this hands-on theater course, students become Theater Detectives, exploring sound effects, lighting, costumes, and sets to discover how stories are brought to the stage. Throughout the week, students experiment with behind-the-scenes roles and creative tools, then work together to create and perform their own mini plays. This fun, collaborative course builds creativity, confidence, and a whole new way of watching and telling stories.
