Grades K - 5 Ballet, Tap & Jazz A 75 minute ballet, tap & jazz combination class.Students will learn technique and skills, focusing on skill development and combination memorization. Dancers will perform three dances the Spring Recital.Pink ballet shoes, black tap shoes, and tan jazz shoes are required. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eden Prairie Community Education is partnering with Dance Unlimited to offer a fun, high-quality after-school dance program. Dancers of all skill levels are welcome. Classes focus on building skills while enjoying a positive and supportive environment. Students will learn ballet, jazz, and tap styles of dance. Dancers will practice basic techniques, improve their skills, and learn full performance routines. A professional dance recital with costumes will be held on May 8, 2027 (location and times TBD). · Dance or athletic attire is encouraged for class. · Appropriate shoes are required: Pink Ballet shoes, tan jazz shoes, and black tap shoes for girls. Boys wear black in all 3 styles of shoes. Hip Hop add-on class: tennis shoes. · Recital fee: $50 due at registration (non-refundable) · Costume fees will be charged on December 1, 2026: *K-5 Ballet/Tap/Jazz: $150 (2 costumes) *K-5 Hip Hop add-on: $75 Costume fees are non-refundable. · Recital tickets: $20 (available in May) · Dance cancellation policy: This program is a full season commitment, for 8 months October-May. To cancel, a 30-day notice is required. · Weather policy: If class is cancelled due to weather (early release or no school), there will be no refunds or make up class. · Dress rehearsal will be on Friday, May 7, 2027 (time & location TBD)
