Athleticism CampWeek 5: July 13-16DASH Sports Summer Athleticism camps provide participants with an overall athleticism building camp experience including speed training, agility, endurance, body control/balance, quickness, strength, power, and jumping. Camp consists of many different types of physical activities, drills, and games, all tailored specifically to enhance overall athletic performance. All participants will be evaluated and timed on the first and last day of camp on several athletic tests.
