Competitive Edge FootballWeek 3: June 29-July 2Our 5v5 Football Combine Skills Camp offers a comprehensive approach to player development, emphasizing mental, physical, and tactical skills. Before competing in 5v5 games, athletes will focus on developing speed, footwork, agility, conditioning, quarterback and wide receiver drills, as well as linebacker and defensive back defensive techniques. Game Coding & Robotic EngineeringWeek 3: June 29-July 2Bring science to life with LEGO® WeDo robotics! Students will team up in pairs to build and program LEGO® models using WeDo kits and Scratch software. Through hands-on projects, they’ll learn programming basics, engineering concepts, and the functions of robot components. Each class combines building, coding, and problem-solving as students create working machines in a fun, collaborative setting. We will learn basic dance steps to safari-themed music and put them together for fun combinations to show at the end of the week. Dance styles will include ballet, tap, and jazz. Additional activities include crafts and fun dance games. Ballet and tap shoes are encouraged. Please bring a snack and water bottle each day. NFL Flag Football CampWeek 3: June 29-July 2DASH Sports officially licensed NFL flag football camps provide players with a well-rounded football experience in a little to no contact safe environment. Key elements of passing, catching, rushing, and defense will be taught and practiced daily, and players will be grouped and challenged at an appropriate level in a fun, positive environment while learning values of ‘Respect, Hustle, and Pride’. Camp ends with scrimmages/games the final day where players can showcase their skills. Each player will receive an official NFL Flag Jersey and flag belts to keep. Players will pick the jersey of their favorite NFL team at the time of registration. Athletes should bring a water bottle and a snack (spikes/cleats, and mouthguards are optional). Track & Field CampWeek 3: June 29-July 2DASH Sports Summer Track & Field camps provide participants with practice in several areas including: sprinting, throwing (javelin and shot put), relay running, long jumping and distance running. Emphasis is on technique and proper form. All players will be timed/tested on the first and last day. Camp consists of many different types of physical activities, drills, and games, all tailored specifically to enhance overall track and field performance.
