In Donut Shop Designers, students turn donuts into edible works of art! Campers will decorate pre-made donuts using glazes, toppings, and color to create fun and imaginative designs. Students will explore how presentation, creativity, and teamwork turn simple treats into something special. Along the way, they’ll design a donut shop name, menu, and display!

Lunch Bunch is a supervised midday option for students enrolled in both a morning and an afternoon EPIC course. Students remain onsite with EPIC staff for lunch and outdoor recess (weather permitting). Families must provide a cold lunch, water bottle, and sunscreen.

This course is for families who need busing from a student’s morning Targeted Services class to their afternoon EPIC class. Registering helps ensure students are transported correctly each week. A supervised Lunch Bunch is included.

DASH Sports Summer Flag Football camps provide players with a well-rounded football experience in a little to no contact safe environment. Key elements of passing, catching, rushing, and defense will be taught and practiced daily, and players will be grouped and challenged at an appropriate level in a fun, positive environment while learning values of ‘Respect, Hustle, and Pride’. Camp ends with scrimmages/games the final day where players can showcase their skills. Athletes should wear sunscreen and bring a water bottle and a snack (spikes/cleats, and mouthguards are optional). Flag belts, and football are provided.

Join your favorite yellow friends on a dancing adventure! We will learn a variety of dance steps and combinations, then put them together to create fun routines to music from the new movie. We will also create crafts and play fun dance games. Ballet or jazz shoes are encouraged. Bring a water bottle and snack each day. We will have a performance for the last 15 minutes on Thursday.

Raptor Rangers invites students to explore the incredible world of birds of prey, including eagles, hawks, owls, and falcons. Students will investigate how raptors fly, hunt, and survive, while learning about habitats, ecosystems, and conservation. The week culminates with a live visit from the Raptor Center and an eagle experience, celebrating Eden Prairie pride and environmental stewardship.

Calling all young adventurers with a passion for storytelling and creativity! This camp is specially designed for kids eager to dive into the exciting world of YouTube content creation. Students will learn simple tricks used by pro filmmakers to plan and record videos such as “Top 10” or “Favorite List” projects. They’ll practice editing by adding transitions, soundtracks, and effects to make their videos shine. At the end, students will share their finished video. Students should have basic reading skills and be comfortable using a computer. Bring a USB drive (at least 8 GB) on the last day to save your project.

Find your zen in this spa retreat camp. We will practice yoga postures, balance work, and flowing sequences, while learning and reviewing the benefits of yoga and exercise. In addition, we will have a daily pamper party with a nail salon day, glam hair styles, glitter make up, and a fun spa craft. Separate combs and make up brushes will be used for each student for these activities. Bring a water bottle and snack each day. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, or a beach towel.
