Competitive Edge FootballWeek 10: August 17-20Our 5v5 Football Combine Skills Camp offers a comprehensive approach to player development, emphasizing mental, physical, and tactical skills. Before competing in 5v5 games, athletes will focus on developing speed, footwork, agility, conditioning, quarterback and wide receiver drills, as well as linebacker and defensive back defensive techniques. Competitive Edge LacrosseWeek 10: August 17-20This lacrosse camp will provide a dynamic and intensive experience for young athletes. The program focuses on enhancing lacrosse skills within a fun, learning-focused environment. Participants will work with a professional speed and strength coach to develop elite athletic movement patterns. Experienced lacrosse coaches will cover essential techniques, including cradling, catching, passing, shooting, dodging, ground balls, and defensive strategies. Multi-Sport Camp (SC, FF, BK)Week 10: August 17-20DASH Sports Summer Multi-Sport camp includes fun skills training and games in three sports: Soccer, Basketball, and Flag Football. Key sports skills will be taught and practiced in all 3 sports so athletes will come out of camp with a great understanding of key skill components and gameplay of each sport. Camp ends with games/scrimmages the final day for each sport, where athletes can showcase their skills. Summer Splash CampWeek 10: August 17-20Make a splash with us! Dance to summertime music, plus water activities outdoors (weather permitting). We will learn a variety of dance moves, including Jazz, Hip Hop, and basic tumbling. We will put it all together in a routine to show off at the end of the week! Additional activities include crafts and outside water activities. Ballet or Jazz shoes are encouraged. Bring a water bottle and snack, along with a swimsuit, towel and change of clothing. USTA Red Ball Tennis CampWeek 10: August 17-20DASH Sports USTA Red Ball Tennis camps provide participants with introductory experience to the game in a fun and positive atmosphere. This camp is a fun social experience designed to cover basics of tennis fundamentals. With modified equipment and lower compression red balls, this camp will supercharge the success of your players. Emphasis is on technique and game play. Key elements of the serve, forehand groundstroke, backhand groundstroke, forehand volley, backhand volley, and the overhead smash will be taught and practiced. Camp ends with games on the final day. Participants should wear sunscreen and athletic clothing/shoes and bring a tennis racket (optional if you have one), water bottle, and a snack.
