Boxing & Conditioning (for all levels)
Come learn the sweet science of boxing, the ultimate chess match in martial arts. Whether you’re new or have experience in martial arts and are looking to learn how to fight, stay active, or use the other skills that will be learned and developed in class for your health, wellness, and overall function of your body, boxing can be a highly resourceful tool. Not only will you learn how to strategically move and evade with your body through the art of self defense while developing a sense of accountability and confidence but you will also learn a greater sense of awareness of your body and surroundings, patience, focus, and resilience as you practice this highly physical and intellectually discipline. *This class is held at WurkGym in Minnetonka with the coaches. -
Healing and Balance Yoga For All Levels (Fridays)
Realign your movement through this informal, informative yoga practice. Must be able to get down on the floor and back up unassisted. You need two yoga blocks (4x6x9), a yoga strap, and a ball (eg. tennis ball). Dress for movement. -

Tai Chi & Qigong Mix It Up
Students will learn how to “play Tai Chi” by practicing different Tai Chi forms, Qigong forms, Acupoints, Tai Chi Ruler, Bang Stick, Baoding Ball, and Weighted Ball. Appropriate for most physical conditions. Must be able to turn, bend, and stand at least half of the time. Improves student’s flexibility, agility, body awareness, balance, and calms and relaxes the mind. No experience necessary. Wear loose clothes and flat shoes. No sandals recommended. *Optional: $20 for Tai Chi Ruler. Please talk to the instructor about this. -
