Realign your movement through this informal, informative yoga practice. Must be able to get down on the floor and back up unassisted. You need two yoga blocks (4x6x9), a yoga strap, and a ball (eg. tennis ball). Dress for movement.

Lynn Shuck has been teaching yoga since 1996 and working with bodies for as long as she can remember. Her informal and informational style make her classes a welcoming place for all students. Lynn draws from her yoga background as well as a deep interest in anatomy, functional movement, and body mechanics to create a space for healing and balance so people can live more fully.
