Help Save a Life from Suicide with QPR Training

Adult Learning / Health and Wellness -
Winter/Spring 2026 Adult

QPR means Question, Persuade, Refer, which are three steps to help save a life from suicide. Your instructor is trained by the QPR Institute, whose mission is "to save lives and reduce suicidal behaviors by providing innovative, practical and proven suicide prevention training."

Just like individuals trained in CPR can help save lives, so, too, can individuals trained in QPR. You don't need to be a mental health professional to learn and practice life-saving skills! Join us for this one-hour training to learn the warning signs of suicide, ways to offer hope, and how to refer for help.

You'll receive a QPR certificate after finishing the class.
