Join this class to understand how continuous glucose monitors work, their benefits, and key considerations. Whether you have prediabetes, diabetes, or simply want to see how food, exercise, stress, medications, and daily habits affect your blood sugar, this class is designed for you.

Participants may bring their own Stelo continuous glucose monitor (non-prescription, 15-day wear) or purchase one on-site for $50. The instructor will provide step-by-step guidance and assist with safe placement of the monitor.

I have 25+ years’ experience working as a hospital pharmacist and have dedicated the last 12 years of my career overseeing the management of patients with diabetes at a hospital in Minnesota. During that time, I have developed a strong collaborative relationship with my physician groups, and assisted an array of patients with diabetes care, and published work on a program I developed to help reduce severe hypoglycemia in hospital patients. I am also certified in insulin pump management. My passion, energy and drive to enhance diabetes care are the inspirations behind teaching this class.
