Warm up with a trio of satisfying, flavor-packed soups that are perfect for cozy nights and nourishing everyday meals. In this hands-on class, you’ll roll up your sleeves and learn how to create hearty, wholesome soups using simple ingredients and bold, layered flavors.
We’ll start with a comforting Vegetable Farro Soup—creamy, chunky, and rich with fresh vegetables, and nutty farro. Next, you’ll prepare a vibrant Chickpea Tortilla Soup, a hearty Southwestern-inspired bowl featuring tender chickpeas, medley of vegetables, fluffy couscous. Finally, we’ll make a cozy, crowd-pleasing Lasagna Soup that captures all the classic flavors of the beloved pasta dish in a warm, spoon-able form.
*$10 ingredient fee to be collected by instructor in class via cash or Zelle.
