The day includes a mix of exciting attractions and arcade play, such as trampolines, laser tag, mini golf, bumper cars, batting cages, and more - plus a provided pizza lunch! -
Walker Art Center: Guided tour & Hands-On Art-Making
Students will spend the day exploring Walker Art Center through a guided, student-friendly tour and a hands-on art activity designed to spark curiosity and creativity. We’ll focus on noticing what stands out, sharing ideas, and making connections to the artists’ choices, then students will create their own piece inspired by what they explored. The day also includes time at the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden to experience large-scale outdoor art and grab some fun group photos followed by a picnic lunch! -
Minnesota's Rail Legacy Tour
Students will step into a living classroom within a historic train roundhouse for a hands-on exploration of Minnesota’s rail legacy. Students will bridge the gap between industrial history and modern-day transportation, industry, and social issues. The experience concludes with an exclusive guided tour of the iconic St. Paul Union Depot. -
Immersive Aviation at The Learning Jet
Students prepare for takeoff! In this immersive aviation experience, students board a real aircraft to explore the science of flight firsthand at The Learning Jet in St. Paul. From commanding the captain’s seat to identifying essential components in the hangar, participants engage in dynamic, hands-on activities—such as interactive scavenger hunts and wind-sock construction—designed to bring aerospace concepts to life. This experience will end with a picnic lunch in the park!
