Using an Air Fryer to cook vegetables is quick—and the healthy results are delicious! In this live online class Kirsten will demonstrate a variety of recipes using in-season local and/or commonly available vegetables including Lemon Pepper Broccoli, Miso Sesame Kale Chips, and Roasted Sweet Potatoes. Participants will receive an extensive handout along with the link to join prior to class. There will be ample time for questions during the session, and participants will receive a link to the recording afterwards so you can cook along at your convenience. As this course will be taught virtually, you will need access to video and audio on a computer, tablet or smartphone with internet connection. Crepes: The "Do-Ahead" Wrap
Discover just how versatile and crowd-pleasing crepes can be! In this hands-on class, you’ll master the art of making and flipping crepes while creating both savory and sweet dishes. On the savory side, we’ll prepare Chicken Divan (tender chicken with broccoli in a rich cheese sauce) and mushroom crêpes with sherry sauce. For the sweet course, indulge in cheese blintzes with apricot sauce, orange crepe Suzette, and more for dessert. We’ll also explore a colorful vegetarian option: a quinoa salad with multicolored peppers. For something sweet and refreshing, enjoy a cantaloupe and strawberry salad with orange sauce, alongside a stunning raspberry-spinach salad topped with glazed pecans. To round out the evening, you’ll whip up three easy homemade dressings—Feta Cheese, Creamy Blue Cheese, and Orange Dressing—perfect for pairing with your favorite garden greens. Hand-Pulled Noodles from Scratch with Ploy
Hand-pulled noodles are so much fun and they are much easier to make than you would think. In this online interactive class, you will learn 2 different techniques to pull noodles. We will make 2 types of hand-pulled noodles: Biang Biang and Lamian noodles. We’ll turn Biang Biang noodles into a noodle salad with chili sauce. We’ll turn Lamian noodles into miso noodle soup. -
