This class offers a supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore yoga as a practice for steadiness, self-awareness, and everyday resilience.Psychologically-informed yoga blends gentle movement, breath, mindfulness, and reflection to help support the nervous system from the body up. Rather than focusing on performance, flexibility, or “getting it right,” this class invites you to notice what is happening in your body, mind, and surroundings with curiosity and compassion. Together, we will explore simple practices that help you feel more grounded, present, and connected to yourself. You’ll be invited to notice sensations, thoughts, emotions, and the space around you without judgment, while building greater awareness of what supports your own sense of steadiness and capacity.Resilience is not about pretending everything is fine or pushing through. It is about learning how to meet life as it is, with more compassion, awareness, and support. What you discover on the mat can become something you carry into everyday life — during stressful moments, transitions, challenges, and ordinary days alike.This is an online course. Join us for a hands-on culinary experience that brings the comfort and joy of a traditional Indian meal to your own kitchen. In this class, you'll learn to prepare a satisfying three-course menu filled with bold flavors, vibrant colors, and wholesome ingredients—perfect for sharing with family or friends.We’ll guide you through each dish step by step: Vegetable Cutlets with Green Chutney – Crispy, golden patties made with mashed vegetables and warming spices, served with a zesty herb chutney. Puri with Potato & Vegetable Curry – Puffy, deep-fried breads paired with a hearty and comforting curry. Shrikhand – A sweet, creamy yogurt dessert infused with cardamom and saffron for a refreshing finish. *$10 ingredient fee to be collected by instructor in class via cash or Zelle.

In this engaging course, students will learn the content and strategies they need to find success with the ACT. Taught by Certified Instructor, Eden Prairie High School graduate, and Harvard alum Tapan Sharma, students will participate in comprehensive sessions on each section of the test (emphasis on English, Math, and Reading along with Science and Writing). Students will learn the format of each section, strategies for how to approach the questions, and will have the opportunity to complete practice questions and a full practice ACT test. Tapan began teaching the new Enhanced ACT before its roll out in 2025 and will fully prepare students for this new format.
