Join us for a hands-on culinary experience that brings the comfort and joy of a traditional Indian meal to your own kitchen. In this class, you'll learn to prepare a satisfying three-course menu filled with bold flavors, vibrant colors, and wholesome ingredients—perfect for sharing with family or friends.
We’ll guide you through each dish step by step: Vegetable Cutlets with Green Chutney – Crispy, golden patties made with mashed vegetables and warming spices, served with a zesty herb chutney. Puri with Potato & Vegetable Curry – Puffy, deep-fried breads paired with a hearty and comforting curry. Shrikhand – A sweet, creamy yogurt dessert infused with cardamom and saffron for a refreshing finish.
*$10 ingredient fee to be collected by instructor in class via cash or Zelle.
