Cooking with Nutritious & Delicious Millets with Savor

Discover the power of millets! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to incorporate a variety of millets into everyday cooking. Millets are gluten-free, rich in fiber, and packed with essential minerals. They support digestion, provide sustained energy, and offer a wholesome alternative to refined grains.

We'll prepare a delicious lineup of dishes: Ragi Chilla, a savory finger millet crepe that’s perfect for a healthy breakfast; Jowar Upma, a hearty and satisfying dish made with whole grain sorghum and seasonal vegetables; Bajra Khichdi, a traditional comfort meal combining pearl millet, moong dal, vegetables, and warming spices; and Barnyard Millet Kheer, a creamy, aromatic dessert for a perfectly sweet finish.
