Forest HillsEagle Zone School Age Care2025–26 School Year (Current) What is new for 25-26 School Year? Morning Care Update: Due to low enrollment, morning care will not be offered at Forest Hills and Cedar Ridge for the 2025–2026 school year. Instead, families from Forest Hills and Cedar Ridge may utilize morning care at Oak Point/Eagle Heights Spanish Immersion. Drop-off is required by 7:15 AM, and students will be transported to their home schools using Eden Prairie school transportation. A consistent Monday-Friday schedule is required for all students attending morning care. This change does not impact afternoon care at either site. Please reach out with any questions regarding this! Forest Hills Junior Eagle Zone Childcare Add-On OptionsJunior Eagle ZoneJunior Eagle Zone Information 2025–26 School Year (Current) Junior Eagle Zone is a childcare program available to all Pre-K students enrolled in the Eden Prairie School District. Families must register at the same school where their child attends Pre-K preschool. Enrollment must match your child’s Pre-K schedule. For example, if your child is enrolled in a 4-day Pre-K class, you must register for the 4-day Junior Eagle Zone option. Likewise, students in a 5-day Pre-K class must register for the 5-day option. Please note that Junior Eagle Zone registration will only be accepted once your child’s Pre-K enrollment has been confirmed. Contract approvals will begin after March 2025. Junior Eagle Zone is not available on non-school days when classes are not in session. Families wishing to make schedule changes must submit requests at least two weeks in advance. This ensures we have appropriate staffing in place to provide a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for all students. Classes are held on-site at Forest Hills and begin at 2:35 PM. All classes are led by qualified instructors, including community organizations, vendors, and specialists who partner with Eden Prairie Schools. These engaging programs give students the chance to explore new interests, build skills, and connect with peers in a safe and supportive environment. Please note: Some classes are taught by outside organizations (“vendors”) that are not affiliated with Eden Prairie Schools.
